Glamorise Lingerie Size Guide

Measurements should be taken while wearing a bra. The measuring tape should be held snug but not tight while measuring. Begin by wearing your best fitting bra - unpadded and not a minimizer or sports bra.

  1. Finding Your Band Size. As shown in image on right with number 1, measure around the back under the Arm Pits across top part of bust, which gives you your band size.

Examples: 38" USA which is equal to AU Size 16 (Refer chart 1  "Band Measurement" below)

  2. Finding Your Cup Size. - As shown in image on right with number 2, measure around the high point or fullest point of the bustline while wearing a bra.

Examples: you measured your brand size as 43"

  3. To determine your cup size, subtract brand size from cup size, and then refer chart 2 "Difference Between Band Size and Cup Size" below.

Examples: 43" (cup size) - 38" (Band Size) = 5 Inches = DD Cup Size (refer chart 2 "Difference Between Band Size and Cup Size" below).
