No Hassle Refund or Exchange Policy

Studio Europe is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us, including clearance items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or size need to be changed, please send the  item in original condition back to us.

FREE RETURNS means that Studio Europe does not charge a re-stocking fee for items returned to us for refund or credit.

Returns Condition

Studio Europe will accept unworn and unwashed goods in original condition with manufacturers tags attached for refund or exchange within 30-days of the dispatch date. At our absolute discretion, we may extend the timeframe for Exchanges only on items purchased as a gift.

Returns Procedure

Please email us at customerservice@studioeurope.com if you intend to return goods to our store. Studio Europe will provide you with a Return of Goods Form that MUST accompany any garment returned to Studio Europe. Garments returned to our warehouse without the correct documentation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

Return Freight

Studio Europe will not accept freight charges on garments returned to us for either refund or exchange.

Return Freight Liability

Studio Europe cannot be held liable for items that are either lost or damaged on their return journey to our warehouse. Studio Europe recommends using a Registered and Insured Postal Method for return of goods.

International Returns

Goods returned to Studio Europe from countries other than Australia need to comply with Australian Customs Importation requirements. This requires packages to be clearly marked with RETURNED GOODS on the outside of the packaging as Studio Europe will not accept any importation charges that may be imposed on us by Australian Customs Authorities.
