We offer FREE Standard Post shipping on all lingerie orders over $70 to any Australian shipping address.

Studio Europe offers an option to upgrade to Express Post service by Australia Post. Orders by Express Post are delivered on the next business day, provided the delivery address is located within Express 'Next Business Day Delivery Networks'. For more information, please visit here.

All Australian orders over $200 are shipped with Registered Post and must be signed for upon receipt of goods.

Orders Outside of Australia

Studio Europe ship worldwide to most destinations via Australia Post's Standard International Air Mail Service. We offer FREE Standard Post shipping on all lingerie orders over $70 to most destinations including USA, UK, Japan, Singapore and Canada.

Studio Europe offers an option to upgrade to a Australia Post International Priority Service. Delivery can generally be expected within 4 business days to any destination worldwide provided that the customs clearance in the destination country is completed in a timely manner. Studio Europe has no control over Customs clearance times.

Customs and Duties

Products shipped to destinations outside of Australia may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These taxes are levied once a shipment reaches its destination and are your responsibility. Please understand that Studio Europe has no control over these charges and they are not included in the purchase price. Also understand that should you decide not to accept the import taxes and / or levies once the goods have arrived in your country, then Studio Europe will deduct any return freight costs plus a twenty five percent administration fee from the refund total.

Shipping Documentation

Studio Europe may be required to provide information such as purchase price, shipment specifics and product details to customs authorities and their authorised agents to comply with local laws. This information could be displayed on the outside of the package.

Dispatch Time

All Orders received before 05:00 pm (Sydney time) are dispatched same day. Order received after 05:00 pm are shipped next business day at 09:00 am (Sydney time).

Scheduled Shipping

Scheduled shipping is available. If you want your order to be shipped on a specific day, please leave the notes in the comment field during the checkout process. We recommend using Express Post for scheduled shipping as it offers increased level of predictability.
